29 mpg / $4.18 = 6.9377 miles per dollar for the Jetta (last fill up). I haven't driven the '84 Westy enough yet to have a 'honest' mileage, just over 20 mpg for the one 180 mile run I figured but then again I'm not sure the miles counter part is accurate. I know the speedometer reads 10% high.
