Hey Jake. here's the bigger reason why: The arm of the carrier I made, dictates the "height" of the system. As it is, I only left 1-2" clearance between carrier arm and exhaust pipe. Any "higher" and it would hit the carrier. I may cut the pipe (90* to cat/muffler) at an angle to bring the cat/muffler up to a better height. Cheers, Neil.
