That's a good idea Ron. Please don't mind my pointing out the obvious but be sure it's mounted in a way that it gets enough ventilation. Once a long time ago I had an issue with an amp that overheated a lot due to being placed under the seat. This was not in a Vanagon though. Just something to consider.
