I have a 3/8" thick rubber mat that covers the entire bed of my DC- very heavy/tough etc. I went to a commercial rubber supply place & bought a 6' piece of rubber for a continuous potato processing conveyor belt. It comes in different widths, I believe mine was 5' wide, & I just cut it too fit correctly around my hoops & cover the bed. I throw engines, rocks, all kinds of nasty stuff on it, & it is bomb proof. Cost about $130, 6-8 years ago. I can pull it out by myself to clean the bed, but usually just hose it off in place.

YMMV,

Mr. BZ
