Forgive the bandwith but perhaps Pensioner can suggest alternate routes for
this I-5 commuter. I come from Tracy so any kind of rail is out of the
question; I posted on all carpool boards available, to no avail - not one
response. Nobody wants to ride in a vintage Vanagon! A syncro no less!
(Ok so really I didn't tell them what kind of car they would ride in!)
Anyway, for the time being I work on Capitol Mall and all northbound 5 is
closed from tonight through am. June 9th (5:00am I think) so any vacationers
heading this way be forewarned. There will be another northbound closure
later in the month and also a couple of southbound closures during June -
July.
Donna, 1987 sycnro, any commute suggestions welcome!
