I just picked up a set of 16" x 7" ET37 steel wheels from a Mercedes C240 complete with 205/55VR-16 Michelins. They bolted right on using the stock fasteners, needing only the removal of the drum retaining cap screws. There isn't very much space between the inner sidewall and the upper control arm but they don't actually rub! I'll probably order up some longer fasteners and run some thin spacers. I'll bet that there are equivalent 15" M-B steelies that would be just as easy.
