Is there 12v at the fuse? Have you checked the connection wires? They can be found by sticking your head in the cabinet under the sink. You may have to reach in behind the fridge. Check the connector and see if there's 12v there. If you have the fridge out, is there 12v to the heating element? If so, the element is shot.
