Ha! First time that I've seen this subject come up on the list. Same thing has happened to me several times and it drives me nuts. One night I just had to do something, so I clamped rags to the gutters on both sides which created another path for the water to flow. I still have not come up with a permanent fix. Thought about applying some sound dampening material to the sheet metal down there which would help, but not eliminate the noise. Anyone have any ideas?
