If I were to do it I would get two nylon 5/8th in hose connecters from Napa and 4 hose clamps or reuse the spring clips. Basically your going to remove the 2 T's with straight connecters. You could also put in a 3/8th water valves and then just turn off coolant going to the heater core but I take it your removing the rear heater. JFF
