I'm unsure if I am or not. Have noticed the PT doesn't seat completely (stays about 1/2" high on the FR corner) if I have the bed completely extended. If I fold the front rearward via the hinge it does and the front seal doesn't allow air/rain inside the top/front edge seal. I also noticed the same section isn't 'square' when extended fully but barely has enough of the utility side edge to sit on the ledge support. I've not noticed any wear as described by you but will inspect and advise if so.
