Correctomundo! I was talking N. American & Euro versions only. Split window busses-Fleetlines- were made in Brazil & I believe SA until much later! Then of course you have the Aus. models & the CKD NZ versions.

Until recently, they were making WC bay windowish busses in Brazil, if I remember correctly. Also vanagons in SA?
