Check input shaft seal and small-ish dome shaped seal inside each flange on tranny, (where inboard CV bolts to) inspect cross shaft for play/wear, (especially bushings on Driverside end..... make sure the bolt holding these bushings in position is doing its' job) if ok add some grease to both ends of cross shaft, inspect throwout bearing tube, (not loose or excessively worn.... add a little grease to it when putting things together) throw out bearing, (turns easily, but doesn't spin too long and/or have excessive play) make sure throw out bearing is installed correctly.
