My trip was very successful - drove down 5, stayed along the Rogue River, made it to Orick, drove back up the Oregon Coast...did hear a few bad noises around Tillamook, but made it home and have driven gently to work a few times. I guess the scare was a bit over rated! Thanks for the help and encouragement - Andree
