If the draw was due to the stereo, then no biggy.

My understanding is that some car stereos draw a little power even
when they're "off". (power to maintain settings I presume)

If the draw is due to an unknown source, then IMHO, that might change
things $-wise. (cost of repair)

Is the draw coming from the aux battery? (if you have one) If so, and
the aux battery is set up properly, then at the very least a potential
buyer can rest assured that the starter battery isn't getting drained.
