Having done something similar, I can say for sure that for the amount of time it takes to remove the bracket from the donor and/or the amount of time it takes to find the piece, clean it up and mount it, it's almost worth making your own.

The fasteners for the bottom brackets are standard FLAPS stuff. (clip nuts)

And FWIW I mounted the stock upper bracket to my Westy with pop rivets.
