Shawn, very common occurrence on high mileage, leaking head, waterboxer engines. Those cylinders and heads may be good for the scrap pile if the heads have been leaking long enough to cause this situation so maybe not worth the time and trouble to get them apart. If your sure the cylinders and heads are reusable then you can get them up on a work bench and pry them apart using two big screwdrivers, pry bars or other such leverage between the heads and the bosses on the sides of the barrels. Use a piece of wood on the surface of the head to prevent damage to the head surface. Heat from a propane torch may be useful as well as some sort of penetrating oil. The other alterative is scrap the engine altogether and go to Ben and get a Subie put in there !
