I replaced the hold downs with stainless ones  from West Marine,
these to be specific:

one of the sizes shown fits pretty good. I used stainless bolts
(1/4"), flat and lock washers,  and drilled out holes in rack
slightly to fit the bolt.

They stand higher than the stock hold downs which I think is a good
thing.

that was making better than stock cleats. Does anybody know who this

want all stainless cleats and bolts. I looked on the go westy site
