That 'idiot' could be you, and that person who gets to pay the price could be one of your loved ones. Or your neighbors or thier property. Be sure to inform your insurance company of your intentions. They'll let you know if they agree with your plans or not. They the ones who'll be asking the questions and paying (or not!) the claim.........
