Thank  you Jeff for finally pointing this out.  It's amazing how much garbage
 people write when they don't know or investigate the "True" story !    The
real "pisser" here is that the "CANADIAN" Government is hard at work trying  to
change that law to become 25 years just like the good 'ol USA !  Bummer  if
that gets through !  All Canadians interested in keeping this law at 15  years
should contact their parliamentary representative TODAY and tell them to  keep
it a 15 years !
