Andrew,

I have one of the relays that Chis is offering. I didn't follow the directions that he gave as far as pulling the wiper stalk. When I do that, I initiate the window washing sequence and have not noticed that it's any different than when I was using the older relay version. I don't think that the pulling on the stalk has anything to do with the intermittent feature.

I think that when you turn the ignition off the variable intermittent feature resets to the default timing. But the 99 relay is still a nice improvement over the standard issue.
