What happened to the old one? They generally do not come out easily or on there own. you may want to make sure the threads in the case are good and that part of the old one is not broken off in there befre putting the tranny back in. It would be lousy to have to remoave the tranny again to get a heli-coil in there. That stud is a grade 10.9 fastener and the nut and washer should also be of that grade. Yes washers do come in different grades. I have see a number of lower studs fail and that can make a mess of the clutch hub and tranny input shaft.
