All my sawhorses are half sawn through!

I've used the floor jack method since my '68 Westy days. I could R&R that engine in 30 minutes. I know that because I got it all installed once, and forgot the throw out bearing! I didn't find that out until I completed the last hook up--the clutch cable.

The WBX takes a bit longer though.

when I've pulled the engine on my diesel westy, I simply set up a sawhorse over the engine hatch and lowered it to the ground with a chain hoist.
