errr.... that's not how MY "relay 99" module works. The real VW 99 module works by flipping down to INTERMITTENT for at least one wipe, then up to OFF, then back down to INTERMITTENT again after the desired delay. The "pull back to WASH" setting method is how the crappy aftermarket modules work. I bought one of those and found it was thoroughly nonintuitive. It lives in my junk box of old relays now.
