Subject: Subwoofers Exterior Placement
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-15"

10 inch subwoofers would be nice. But placement in the vanagon... under the rear seats - I don't have room there, under the front, ditto. The hatch - that's not going to work... I'd have to move the box they're in all the time... every good space has already been claimed by something else.

I was under the van the other day, and noticed that there is a large unused space above the AT Oil Pan, in front of the engine, and behind the rear seats... Has anyone ever put a subwoofer box there? I know its outside the interior, but bass doesn't seem to get cut out that easily...
