you can talk about *anything* on my yahoo group.
http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/turbovans/
please don't read below here unless you can accept that what happens in
the world directly affecsts are ability to keep a good working oxygen
sensor in our Vanagons :
it's van and tech based , my yahoo group and I HIGHLY believe in open
discussion about everything.
and .............heck................
climate change and price of oil, even war politics -those are all
DIRECTLY related to our use and love of vanagons !!
and...........I would even say ..............I suggest we use them , and
do all we can with them now .............but it's not really all that
clear that we will be able to drive like we are currently all that much
longer - like 15 years from now - can't imagine that automotive and
driving landscape will look very much like it has for the previous say
50 years.
For example..............They're starting hydrogen powered cars in LA
now- and GM thinks they can offer a production fuel cell car
soon............whether that happens or not isn't the point - my point
is let's treasure what we have and can do right now with vanagons,
roads, and gasoline or diesel fuel but it's not totally certain that
we'll be able to keep doing this sort of thing, say, for another 25 years.
I HOPE we can..........'but' .......you know.
