OK, now that I know the Vanagon A/C is worth using/repairing/having, please tell me (Bob Peak, this means you.): Can an indash unit (Can't recall the name but it's like the Carrier of automotive A/C I think.) be installed in an 86 Vanagon (non GL, I think)?
