you're joking right ?
you put the front of the van ( on the two front tires )  on a scale,
take that reading,
then do the same for the rear, and compare the readings.
anything drastically different, like a 60 % rear, 40 front ratio, would
be cause for real concern regarding cornering stability or even straight
line tracking.
 - which I suggested when the orginal post first came out.

as for weighing what each wheel has on it, as is done for race cars -
that is really useful in getting handling right .........
but , you need a way to change the load on each corner of the car to
take advantage of doing this - usually each coil spring has an
adjsutable spring plate so you can fine tune things. That's not been
done yet on a sycro that i've heard of.

if you've ever had a car that oversteers turning one way, and
understeers turnign the oppistie directioin, that's really fun.
