I just passed GA emissions, so here are stats compared to mine just for information's sake:

Test 1: %CO2=14.5 %O2=0.6 HC PPM Max=131 Measured=131 CO% Max=0.87 Measured = 0.37 NO PPM Max=1085 Measured = 1492

Test 2: %CO2=14.9 %O2=0.4 HC PPM Max=131 Measured=40 CO% Max=0.87 Measured = 0.04 NO PPM Max=1085 Measured = 2131

Mine: CO%=1.45 HC PPM=179 NO PPM=1788 at 25/25 test 2000 rpm CO% 1.38 HC PPM=174 NO PPM=1946 at 50/15 test 2000 rpm

Last year my HC PPM was the same. I now have advanced timing, new plugs and new air filter. Last year I passed the test despite a loose/leaking header at exhaust port #2.
