I suspect that if it were "illegal" the State Trooper and his sergeant and the three county mounties probably would have cited me. They didn't. Might just be that I'm on first name basis with most of them, but I suspect not. They do their job.

I'd agree with that statement. Getting the yard art Passat eight miles to the boneyard is going to cost me about seven large. And now I have yard art Westfalia.
