I second Jakes recommend. That tutorial really helped me with orientation of parts (balls/cage/hub)

Clean the bolt heads with tiny pic or w.h.y. before trying to get bolts off.

Use correct bit to remove/install CV bolts. (star or hex)

Don't loose the little serrated washers (if present) and/or the little metal plates.

Check carefully for signs of pawling (sp?) pitting, etc. on CV parts. If present, a new CV is needed.

Coveralls are needed! GOOD latex gloves (blue kind.... heavy duty.... can't recall name off hand)

Clean clean clean work area for cleaning/assembly.

Buy extra CV grease. (CV kits supply only so much)

Torque bolts evenly and properly!

Make sure the boot has a chance to "seat" itself. I left the small ends unclamped. Not saying you should do this, but it gave the boot a chance to seat. You don't want it bunched up to one side.

I did mine, torqued properly, still on gooten tight!

Neil.
