Why would you possibly want to know this type of arcanum? A turbodiesel engine typically produces far more boost pressure than the engine can possibly match with an appropriate level of fuel...whether at sea level or at the highest mountain tops. The wastegate kicks in at a given pre-set pressure, no matter the elevation. [puzzled]
