I have painted my van a few times using the $50 tremclad & I say I have down to the 2 foot paint job :) > I am starting to paint my 80 Air coled van with rustolum. I have found > several sites that have done cars and vans but having trouble with small > air > bubbles from the foam roller. This is not up to my standard of a 6 foot > paint job. > ( looks good from a 6 foot distance) Any one have any Ideas? I get the air bubbles right after I roll it out but they always pop & self level after 30-60 secs if you are getting the air bubbles & they dont pop/self level AND you get the orange peel look after it dries you are way toooooooo thick make sure you are using mineral spirits to thin & you want the consistency to be between milk & water
