I'll second that clunk, my `87 Westy Syncro does it too. I have not looked into it yet but assume that it has to do with either the attachment between the glass and regulator or the guide. I have been waiting to do several projects at one time inside the door so that I do not have to pull the trim panel or the vapor barrier more. Mark in AK
