Paul Fetherston in Emeryville, CA has done it successfully. I am gearing up to do the same with his van as a sample next to me, and I am using a complete syncro donor. He estimates 40 hours if he would do it again, so for me, its probably triple that.... There are relatively few welds involved. I spent some time under his van looking at the work, and it doesnt look terribly hard, but defienetely time consuming. For my conversion, we are planning to roll the donor syncro on its side to have a good overview. Florian
