I sell these for $175 each. I just got done installing them on both of my Vanagons. They are different than the stock power window regulators in that they use the crank method to move the window like a manual regulator while the stock power window regulator uses a pulley and cables. If you set these aftermarket ones up right they work well. The motor is shifted to an area behind where the stock speaker is located. I used to pieces of plastic pipe as spacers which were about half an inch long. This allowed me to space the motor away from the speaker to give it clearance. I put the regulator and motor in from the bottom hole in the door just like you do the OE regulator. If you want to order these let me know. Ken Wilford John 3:16 www.vanagain.com
