Neil, That's where I'm putting it in my Tristar. But, a doka cab is much smaller and the rear seat is right behind the front seats so it's probably not a good comparison. I've often considered the possibility of mounting an a/c under the rear seat but running insulated vent hoses under the van and up into the heater box. It should be doable, but you've got to be willing to cut some holes in your van. The obvious advantage would be to have a/c coming out your stock vents. Cheers, Jeff
