Subject: Odometer problem
Content-type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

My odometer quit a week or so ago. I pulled the speedo and looked it over. The gear was on and seemed to move OK.

I put a small amount of light grease on it and put it back. Worked fine.

Today quit again, again on X9.9 on the trip meter [first time 19.9 this time 59.9] and the total miles display kind of off kilter, no digit entirely square in the display, same as last week.

Any body got any ideas other than spraying some cleaner in there, waiting for it to dry and spray some silicone?

Mike
