I just replaced the long line from the pressure regulator to the rear junction and the lines from there to the flex lines. Can't you just replace the short line from the rear wheel cylinder to the flex line? I paid $5 just for a joiner. A new piece of line is less than that or about the same. Plus you don't have to flare the existing line.
