My brother in law bought a Unimog U400 about a year ago. It has all sorts of features that you just do not find on an American truck.

For instance, he has an option that allows him to open a cover on the dashboard, pull a release and slide the whole dashpod and steering to the other side of the cab...voila.. a right hand drive.

Also, the bed will dump left, right or to the rear.
