There are full blow-by-blow instructions over on the syncro yahoo group in the files section under modifications. Larry Hamm deserves a lot of credit for being one of the pioneers on these conversions.

If you are not on the syncro group, email Syncro-subscribe@yahoogroups.com but put something specific and relevant in the message as to why you want to subscribe. To many spammers want to join, so if your subscribing message says something like "I really like your website and want to join the discussions" you are not likely to get in.
