Thanks for confirming what I suspected Roger.

In my post, I wasn't certain about whether or not it contacted metal to metal.

I'll be pulling my 182A and swapping in a 182B. I had redone the mastic on the 182A cooling unit. I'll be curious to look and see if I had mounted the sensor correctly. (metal to metal)

If I had installed it leaving some play between each part, this may have contributed to making it hard to light in the morning. If I turned it down at night, the flame would go out.
