Hydrogen generation from water, or electrolysis, is a negative sum game, as
you're aware but I'm not sure many folks here are.  We'll never get more out
of the process than we put in.  Also, if you calculate the volume of gas
produced by such HHO systems you'd see that it's a tiny fraction of the
volume of gas pumped by our engines.  In other words, I remain a skeptic
until someone tests on of these "HHO" systems.
