had the same problem a couple weeks ago. aggregated by the fact that the
column of vehicles trying to get into the concert was on a steep slope, and
i had a van full of people.
my technique was turning off the ignition, and only moving every second
interval, when i could actually go sixty feet.
however, my clutch did not like it that much.
