Yeah, that sounds about right. The real question is this. In the off position, if pulled up toward the steering wheel, should the washer work and the wiper take three or four cycles? If so, then I have just that part of mine failed, just the 'wash/wipe' in the off position. If not then my memory and imagination are playing tricks on me.
