Hey volks,
Last week I had the craftsman at me local hware store size and fab a mock up
slider screen. He's willing to make as many as I need. I expect they'll be
significantly less than $40 (incl. shipping). If anyone's interested, I
think this is an item that will be reasonable to ship and we may be able to
get a discount for several sets fab'd on one order. I'm planning to get
screens for both sliders and both front door windows, BTW. It'll be worth
my trouble to handle the paperwork in exchange for the discount we'll likely
receive.
I'm also planning to determine if a flexible, durable (velcro?) edging can
be sourced from the same store and fab'd there by the same fellow, for a
rear hatch screen.
Let me know if you're interested.
