Hey Sean,
There is a small piece of chain attached to the throttle cable and always
has been - that was why I knew there had been a CC in there at some point.
That part was removed before I bought the van. The part that is still left
(I haven't had time to look at it today) is a tube, and with the sticker
beside the connection to the vacuum booster pump saying "High Flow" I can
only assume it would be air flow... So maybe it is some return from a pedal
switch to disengage the CC. I'll try to get a few minutes to dig around
tomorrow. I just can't think of anything in that vicinity - the gearbox and
fuel tank - that it might be (or have been) connected to.
