I refurbish them and currently have three in stock ready to be installed. Tanks are completely checked for integrity, welded if need be, sandblasted then coated with two coats of POR-15. $350 CND for tank and skid plate, without any valves. S&H may be expensive ! I offer $50 for your old tank in exchange.
