I know you can get one from GoWesty ( http://www.gowesty.com/), and you can
probably get them from other places as well. But before you do that, take
your vehicle to a good propane repair person. We thought we had to replace
our tank ‹ it was the original from a 1987 Westy. We took it to a propane
repair place we found through networking with other Westy owners in this
area, and the owner looked at it and told us he could replace it if we
wanted, but he didnąt recommend it because the rust (copious as it seemed to
be) was surface rust and the tank was still sound. He sandblasted it for us,
replaced the valves, and repainted it, for less than half the cost of a
replacement tank. It looks great and we no longer get weird looks when we go
in for a fill up. (We were getting worried no one would fill it for us any
more.)
