Off topic, yes. But there seem to be sharp data-manipulators here on the Vanagon list so I'll ask away anyhow, with apologies for off topic. If anyone can respond, off list would probably be best.

Is there a way to get digital photos from my mobile phone (sprint) into my photo programs on my PC (windows) without subscribing to some Sprint online services that I certainly don't need? I can pay $15 a month more and get a bunch of crap that I'll never use, along with a place to put digital pics that come out of my Katana phone, and I can probably send the pics from there to my own email...but I take so few pics using the phone and I don't do Texting or email or any of the other stuff that comes along with the picture service. It would be useful to be able to record things using the camera phone(when I can't carry my digital camera along) and to be able to pass on the pics without paying $180 a year extra to my phone service to get the pics out of my handset and into my own computer.

Isn't there somekinda data-port widget to plug the phone into the computer and get the pics across somehow? anybody?

Thanks, Don Hanson
