I'll be curious what you find out here Jim,
as on my next 2.1 re-do I'm going down to the rod bearings and new rod nuts
or whatever is right there.
I'm curious where you got your new nuts and what they cost,  and how do you
know they are not torque-to-yield...........and I thought only bolts were
toque-to-yield, not nuts.
